How long until my bunny comes home?
We know some friendships shouldn’t wait too long to begin.
Once you adopt your bunny, we carefully prepare it just for you. Most bunnies are ready to hop on their journey within 2–4 business days.
Shipping time may vary depending on where your bunny is travelling.
Can my bunny be washed?
Yes — every bunny can enjoy a gentle bath. For the best care, we recommend gentle washing at 30°C and letting your bunny air dry so it stays soft and cuddly.

What does the embroidery look like?
Absolutely. The embroidery is carefully stitched into the bunny’s ears so it becomes part of the character itself.
The back side of the ear remains beautifully finished, making it soft and comfortable to cuddle.
Can I send My Bunny as a gift?
Of course. Every My Bunny arrives beautifully gift packaged, ready to surprise someone special.
If you would like to send the bunny directly to the recipient:
- enter your address as the billing address
- enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address
Can I add a longer personal message?
Short messages usually work best.
Longer messages may require smaller lettering, so keeping it concise helps the embroidery stay clear and beautiful. We recommend a maximum of 60 characters.
Are bunnies only for children?
Not at all.
